Alice is an Analyst/Soil Analyst involved in the research and implementation of improving soil health for both commercial and environmental benefits across the AAGIM portfolio.

Alice developed a passion for soil science while studying a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management at Charles Sturt University, and worked as a geotechnician at an environmental consultancy firm throughout her degree.  Upon graduating she worked for a grower group as a Research and Extension Officer where she coordinated a soil benchmarking project and was involved in cropping trials.   

Alice is involved in the management of her family’s beef cattle property in north east Victoria.
