- Your proposition is located within Australia in an area that can demonstrate a capital growth rate greater than 5% per annum
- The chosen enterprise has an established end market, suits Australian conditions, draws on an extensive knowledge base and provides excellent future growth opportunities
- You have developed a clear and defined business plan with achievable goals and objectives
- The end market relationship is clearly outlined and demonstrates sound outcomes for investors
- You have developed budgets which outline income, costs, returns, establishment or improvement costs and explanations of assumptions
AAGIM will consider all proposals that meet all the above criteria and require a minimum of AUD $5 million capital investment.
