AAG Investment Management Pty Ltd has an excellent track record. In 2008 AAGIM managed over 35 properties, covering over 100,000 hectares and numerous commodity areas, providing solid overall returns during the worst of the Global Financial Crisis. We manage for steady, long term predictable outcomes.
Properties are managed as either:
- Passive investments where the investor does not take operational or agricultural risk, and the properties are leased for a fixed return to a third party; or
- Active investments where the investor takes operational and agricultural risk. Property Management is either undertaken in-house or outsourced to a third party.
Passive investments show less volatility, but have very limited scope for higher rates of return. Active investments are more volatile, but have scope for higher returns.
AAGIM staff members have exceptional industry knowledge and are committed, capable and decisive. We have a very hands on management style, regardless of whether the investment is active or passive.
AAGIM is large enough to handle significant investment inflows and small enough to enable timely, accurate and correct decision making.
